Shipping & Processing

Made to order: Most items are handmade. Please allow 10-15 days after your purchase for us to make and prepare your order for shipment.

Delivery times & rates

  • Thailand: 1-5 business days after dispatch, ฿50

  • Asia: 5-7 business days after dispatch, shipping fee varies by destination country at checkout (+tax)

  • Worldwide: 5-7 business days after dispatch, shipping fee varies by destination country at checkout (+tax)

    • International parcels ship via various carriers, depending on destination. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, holidays, or local courier conditions.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided (when available) once your order has shipped.

Handmade variation: Patterns and colors will vary from the photos because each piece is hand-painted/hand-dyed. Your item is one-of-a-kind.

Customs & import taxes (international orders):
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes charged at the destination. These fees are the customer’s responsibility. Tha Homemade has no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. Please check your local customs office for estimates before ordering.

Returns & Exchanges

Thailand orders

We gladly accept exchanges under these conditions:

  • Item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition (including any tags/packaging).

  • An exchange request is made within 5 days of the delivery date.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs; we’ll ship the exchange back to you once we receive and inspect the item.

How to request an exchange (Thailand):
Contact us via our website, Instagram DM, or LINE Official Account (@thahomemade) within 5 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos (if helpful). We’ll confirm stock availability and provide the return address.

For defects or incorrect items received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist promptly.

International orders

For all international orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted.

Additional Notes

  • We cannot modify the delivery address once an order has shipped.

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or failure to collect, reshipping fees may apply.

  • Natural dye & eco-printing pieces may show subtle color movement/fading over time; batik pieces include care instructions in the package.
